Sports Trader Funding LLC operates the Sports Trader Funding beta at sportstraderfunding.com. Contact us at support@sportstraderfunding.com for account, program or privacy questions.

These terms cover the free beta account, sports-market display, simulator and account history. The Beta Participation Agreement, Program Rules, Risk Disclosure and Refunds Policy accompany these terms; the Privacy Policy explains data handling. The participation agreement and rules describe the specific beta program. A later paid or funded program would require separately published terms and a new affirmative agreement.

Access is personal and invitation-only. Use accurate profile information, confirm your email and complete two-step verification with an authenticator. Do not share credentials or use another profile to bypass a restriction. Tell us at support@sportstraderfunding.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be at least 18 years old, located in the United States and invited by the organizer to participate. The organizer confirms eligibility before granting beta access; the website does not automatically verify age or location. An invitation does not authorize access where participation is prohibited.

Participation costs nothing. We do not collect a deposit, place an order on a venue for you, or hold a real-money trading balance for you. Simulated money, contracts and profits have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or transferred.

Passing a beta evaluation results in a read-only beta account. It does not earn a cash payout, profit split, job, live account, funded account or promise of access to a future product. The beta has no automatic paid conversion, renewal or subscription.

Use the beta interface and any expressly enabled test tools for your own evaluation. Do not access another person’s account, interfere with service, bypass authentication or rate limits, exploit a known defect for a misleading result, or redistribute market data beyond permission provided by the operator.

You may report defects and offer feedback. Do not include passwords, authenticator secrets, payment details or another person’s information in a report. The operator may use voluntarily supplied feedback to improve the software; submitting feedback does not transfer ownership of unrelated material.

The beta is unfinished software. Features, market availability and access can be paused or withdrawn. The simulator may reject orders, freeze an unavailable mark, correct a settlement or lock an account under the published Program Rules. A displayed quote is a temporary estimate, not a reserved price or guaranteed fill.

Contact support@sportstraderfunding.com for an informal review of a disputed result. We will use the recorded trading history when investigating it. A correction, reset or new test account is not an entitlement and must not be represented as a cash reimbursement. You may stop participating at any time.

The beta is not personalized investment, legal or tax advice. Its results do not establish likely real-world performance. No government agency or market-data provider is represented as approving this firm or this agreement.

Applicable law governs these terms and any dispute. Informal support review does not restrict your legal rights or remedies. These terms impose no arbitration provision, class-action waiver, indemnity or contractual liability cap. Nothing here removes a right or protection that cannot lawfully be waived.

A changed legal package must be published as a new recorded version. Material changes will be presented for review and renewed acceptance before access that depends on them continues. Historical acceptance records remain attached to the text accepted.
