Privacy Policy

Account data includes your invited email address, name, profile, authentication and security events, authenticator enrollment status, and the policy acceptances needed to enable access. Authentication services handle credentials and authenticator material; do not send these to the operator in a support message.

Simulation data includes submitted commands, simulated orders and fills, positions, balances, rule events and settlement history. Technical records may include request times, IP addresses or network information, browser information, errors and access logs. Operational monitoring records service availability, data-feed and processing measurements to help investigate failures.

The free beta does not require payment-card details, banking information or a cash deposit. Do not submit those details. If a future program needs additional identity or financial information, its collection must be explained before it begins.

We use information to issue and secure invited accounts, run and display the simulation, apply account rules, preserve acceptance and trading evidence, investigate errors or misuse, respond to participant requests and improve reliability. Access is limited to people and service providers who need it for these purposes.

We use Supabase for authentication and application records, Netlify for the website, Fly.io for simulation and gateway services, and Cloudflare R2 for recorded market data and recovery artifacts. Postmark delivers account emails, Cloudflare Turnstile checks for automated abuse, Grafana Cloud receives operational metrics and supports alerts, and PrivateEmail hosts support correspondence. Each receives the information needed for its role, such as an email address and message for email delivery or technical signals for abuse prevention.

Advertising analytics, referral capture, Google sign-in, the embedded Help Scout support widget and Sentry error reporting are disabled for this beta. Support and privacy correspondence is handled at support@sportstraderfunding.com. A future integration needs an updated notice before its use.

We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. Any legally required disclosure, security incident response or business transfer is handled under applicable requirements and communicated as required. This policy does not promise confidentiality against a binding legal obligation.

Necessary cookies maintain sign-in sessions and secure email callback, invitation and password-recovery flows. The interface may retain local preferences needed to operate the page. Disabling necessary storage can prevent account access. Advertising and affiliate tracking are disabled for the beta.

Trading and acceptance records support replay, account integrity and dispute investigation. They preserve recorded history rather than silently overwrite it. Retention and deletion are reviewed manually for operational, security, dispute and applicable legal needs; we have not configured automated pruning of customer simulation or acceptance history. There is no self-service deletion tool or fixed-day deletion schedule for this beta.

Authentication records, support correspondence and service-provider logs or backups can have different retention handling. Backups may retain earlier copies after a change to active records. We assess verified requests across the relevant records and providers as applicable; stopping participation does not automatically erase history or backups. Access controls and two-step verification reduce risk but cannot guarantee that information will never be lost or accessed without authorization.

You may stop participating and contact support@sportstraderfunding.com to request access, correction or deletion of your information. We verify the requester’s identity and review requests manually. We handle requests, applicable deadlines and any justified retention under the requirements that apply; this policy adds no fixed response or deletion promise.

This beta is for invited participants who are at least 18 years old and located in the United States. It is not directed to children. The organizer confirms eligibility before granting beta access; the website does not automatically verify age or location.

Sports Trader Funding LLC is responsible for this beta. Send privacy questions and requests to support@sportstraderfunding.com. Do not include passwords, authenticator secrets or unnecessary sensitive information.

When our practices or this policy change, we publish an updated notice and request renewed acceptance where required. A revised notice does not silently authorize a different use of data already collected.
