Beta Refunds Policy

No payment is due for a beta account. There is therefore no beta evaluation fee to refund, renew or cancel. Simulated balances, fees and profits are accounting entries inside the simulator and cannot be redeemed for money.

Do not pay a request that claims payment is needed to join or unlock this free beta. Contact support@sportstraderfunding.com if you see an unexpected charge or payment prompt. Do not send card details, bank credentials or security codes to support.

This policy does not restrict a participant’s lawful bank or card-dispute rights. It does not impose a dispute fee, collection penalty or chargeback waiver.

An order rejection, drawdown breach, settlement correction or loss of simulated funds is not a monetary charge. The operator can investigate the recorded result; a reset or replacement test account is an operational decision, not a refund promise. No self-service reset is offered in this beta package.

A paid program would require separately approved pricing, purchase terms, cancellation and refund rules, a working payment flow and affirmative consent before a charge. Participating in this beta does not authorize those charges.
