Beta Participation Agreement

By affirmatively accepting the published beta package, you agree to this Beta Participation Agreement, the Terms of Use and the accompanying Beta Program Rules, and acknowledge the Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure and Beta Refunds Policy. The registration record identifies the exact documents presented together. Viewing a document alone does not record your acceptance.

This agreement refers to the Evaluation 10k rules displayed at /program-rules as part of the same published package. Changes to the package require a new recorded publication and renewed acceptance before continued access that depends on them.

You understand that the beta is unpaid and entirely simulated. No real order is placed for you, no deposit is accepted, and simulated funds and results are not redeemable. A passing result makes the account read-only; it creates no entitlement to money, funding, employment or future participation.

Use your own invited profile and authenticator. Follow the account-integrity policy, published rules and limits. Do not share access or try to defeat restrictions through another profile. Report suspected defects or unauthorized access to support@sportstraderfunding.com.

You must be at least 18 years old, located in the United States and invited by the organizer. The organizer confirms eligibility before granting beta access; the website does not automatically verify age or location. You may provide feedback and stop participating at any time. Access may be paused or ended for security, rule breaches or the conclusion of the beta.

The simulator keeps command, fill, account, settlement and acceptance records to operate the beta and investigate results. You acknowledge that a defect, interruption or corrected resolution can change a simulated result. A reported issue will be assessed against the recorded history; no reset, compensation or favorable outcome is guaranteed.

You have read the limitations described in the Risk Disclosure. The beta is not evidence that the same strategy or behavior will work with real money.
